By downloading, installing, or using the DOOMSAFE application or visiting our website (doomsafeapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use DOOMSAFE.

DOOMSAFE is a productivity and digital-wellbeing app that intercepts the launch of addictive social media apps on your iPhone and opens a stripped-down, feed-free version inside a secure in-app browser. It blocks infinite-scroll feeds, algorithmic recommendations, and other compulsive design patterns while leaving essential functionality (messaging, search, direct profiles) accessible.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DOOMSAFE. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

DOOMSAFE relies on Apple's Shortcuts app to intercept the launch of third-party social media apps. Setting up this automation is entirely voluntary. DOOMSAFE itself does not modify or interact with the operating system or other apps outside of what Apple's public APIs allow.

DOOMSAFE displays content from third-party social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter) through a web view. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. DOOMSAFE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of those companies.

By using DOOMSAFE you agree to comply with the terms of service of each platform you access through the app.

You agree not to:

• Use DOOMSAFE for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app to collect or harvest personal data of other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or third-party services.

All content, design, logos, software, and other materials in DOOMSAFE are the property of DOOMSAFE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

DOOMSAFE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOOMSAFE and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or any content obtained through it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DOOMSAFE at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of DOOMSAFE after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
